Mr. Pankaj Bajaj is the managing director of the EIPL (Eldeco Infrastructure and Properties Ltd.) and EHIL (Eldeco Housing And Industries Ltd.)  Also, Mr. Pankaj Bajaj is the president of CREDAI, NCR.

Mr. Pankaj Bajaj graduated from Shri Ram College of Commerce, New Delhi in commerce. Then, he did his MBA from Indian Institute Of Management, Ahmedabad. He has an experience of more than 10 years in construction and real estate development. Eldeco group has been one of the leading real estate companies in North India, with doing business for more than 35 years. Eldeco has successfully completed more than 175 projects. Mr. Pankaj Bajaj joined Eldeco Group in 1996, Lucknow. That time Eldeco was a trusted name in construction, however it was not recognized nationally. Mr. Pankaj Bajaj made efforts to make it a known name. He founded Eldeco Infrastructure and Properties Ltd, in order to complete this plan. Based on his efforts, Eldeco is a leading name in real estate development in the entire North India. Mr. PankajBajaj has made all the efforts and given new heights to the Eldeco Group. He has used his experience in handling more than 200 real estate projects on his own. All these projects vary in class and sizes; however he has undertaken all of them in a very efficient way. He is very apt and skilled in handling all these projects and he has emerged as an efficient leader in the real estate industry.

Based on all this experience and a management degree from one of the most premiere MBA institute in India, he has groomed as a wonderful manager. Also, he was elected as the president of CREDAI in 2011 by the developing community. The community could see the promising leader, who can take expert decisions. Confederation of Real Estate Developers in India (CREDAI) is the apex body for private real estate developers in India. It consists of 18 member associations throughout India and more than 6000 developers. This association works as a link between the government and the private developers. Mr. Pankaj Bajaj has made efforts in making the processes more transparent for government policies and the development processes. His expertise has made all these efforts possible. Also, his strategic decisions have made Eldeco a national player from a regional player. This transformation proves his decisions to be extremely successful and evolve him as an intelligent and matured businessman. Harvard Business School has taken up this transformation as a case study for its students.
